Mall Galleria Burgas was awarded Building of the year 2012 in Commercial buildings category
On 12 December for 11th time in a row the prestigious national contest Building of the year took place in Sofia
Mall Galleria Burgas won first place in Commercial buildings category in the prestigious contest Building of the year 2012. At the official ceremony in Kempinski Hotel Zografski in Sofia the award was bestowed on Mr. Danny Bercovich, CEO of GTC Bulgaria, investor of the project.
Over 60 buildings in 12 categories participated in the 11th edition of the national contest Building of the year, organized by Gradat Media Group under the patronage of Regional development and public works minister Lilyana Pavlova. The 26-member jury honored newly built and reconstructed in 2012 buildings. Among major criteria in the winners\' selection are: overall presentation of the building, external and internal architecture, construction, location, benefits for the community, influence on the environment, interior, design.
Mall Galleria Burgas\' modern building with its impressive looks was designed by Studio 17,5 and built by Planex OOD.
Mall Galleria Burgas opened in May 2012 and shortly became Burgas citizens and guests of the region\'s preferred place for shopping, entertainment and leisure activities.
