Galleria Loyalty Club - a new generation loyalty program with various benefits
In December 2013 GTC Bulgaria launched in its 2 operational shopping centres - Mall Galleria Burgas and Mall Galleria Stara Zagora - a unique loyalty program based on tailor-made software. Loyal cardholders who shop anywhere in the mall can convert the amount of their receipts into points at Info Desk. Depending on the particular campaign and stock of available prizes, clients can exchange collected points against any of the displayed in a special merchandise box awards.
Galleria Loyalty Card is secured via 1) serial 10-symbol string, 2) barcode, and 3) QR code. Since loyalty cards are personalized, one customer can have only one loyalty card, and can use it only upon identification by means of an ID card or any other official document.
Each cardholder upon activation of their card gets a welcome email with a password to their online account where they can in real time check collected points balance, available prizes stock, current campaign\'s T&C, latest news, new benefits, etc.
At present cardholders can benefit from the following Galleria Loyalty Club\'s features:
- points collection and prizes claim;
- permanent discounts in selected stores;
- weekly draw among registered cardholders to win 3 x BGN 200 to shop in Mall Galleria.
A free mobile application for Android and IOS is about to be launched in the first fortnight of April. Galleria Loyalty Club app. implicates all functions and features of both the plastic card and the client\'s online profile.
On a later stage Galleria Loyalty Club will send push notifications for ongoing promotions and special offers to the cardholders who have downloaded our free mobile application. In addition, shoppers will be able to collect points in any Galleria shopping centre, and either use them in their hometown Galleria shopping centre after certain conversion, or have profile accounts in the visited malls and maintain parallel points balance to claim local prizes.
